This is a really nice, updated .5 bath house less than mile from Rocky Mountain High school and close to CSU. This will be our 3rd year living in this house. The landlords are great, neighborhood is nice, and house is amazing! All rooms except available bedroom are furnished, so no need to bring couches, tables, chairs, etc. Available bedroom is on 2nd level with the other 2 bedrooms and has a private bathroom just down the hall. Room comfortably fits queen bed, small desk and dresser. The room is available to move in now and lease will be through July .Roommate must be dog friendly!
