Prefer an older person.Home is located on the West side of Las Vegas close to the and Cheyanne. House is a 2 bedroom with a loft made into a 3rd bedroom, and baths. House has plenty of space to share, a good size kitchen with a gas range and dining area.We don't mind smoker's as long as they smoke outside and use ashtrays and trash cans.Rent is $ plus utilities split 3 ways. Utilities run around $ average per month each.
