Emilija, 23
Room for rent | Canning Town, London, England, United Kingdom
New Listing
I'm looking for a new flatmate to live with me in a 2 bedroom apartment in Canning town. The move in date is 7th of June. I'd love to find someone with whom I would get along and be friends with. Ideally, I'm seeking a recent graduate or young adult who shares a similar lifestyle to me.A bit about me: I'm a young adult working in the finance sector. I like cleanliness and tidiness, so I hope to find a flatmate who appreciates a well-kept living space which practically means, that you clean up after yourself. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies or TV series and socializing with friends, I’m also keen on trying out new places. The flat itself is great, it’s been recently renovated and very energy efficient, we don’t even need to use heating. Conveniently located, all necessary amenities are close by. The tube station is only a 5-minute walk, and there's a large Morrisons, Lidl, and a Co-op nearby (no more than 5 mins away), along with a gym. The financials:-Rent £/month-Council tax £/month (Council tax band C)-We pay a recurring £/month for electricity and energy, but there is a reconciliation once/twice a year. Any money that isn’t used at the point of reconciliation is then returned to us.-Water depends on usage-Wifi £/monthIf this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to message me either through here or WhatsApp, and we can arrange a meet-up to discuss things further!

Robyn, 26
Room for rent | Kentish Town, London, England, United Kingdom
Kentish Town stunner
Helloo! I’m looking for someone to join me in a lovely flat in Kentish Town for £ pcm.The flat is gorgeous and decorated/furnished so nicely. It’s a bathroom flat with an open plan kitchen and living room. There is a large dining room table right next to the bifold doors that open out to a private garden that is south facing so gets the sun all day (honestly my favourite bit)! The flat itself is on the bottom floor behind a residential street, which is gated and very quiet. The flat is on a beautiful residential road (the actually house is gated) just mins walk from Kentish Town Thameslink and northern line station, and mins walk from Camden Road overground. There are loads of great cafes, bars, restaurants but also a local park and very commutable. The Room is fully furnished with plenty a double wardrobe, shelving unit, chest of draws and bedside table. There are high ceilings and a large window so lots of natural light. I am looking for a flatmate who strikes the perfect balance between home-bird, pub-goer and part-time exercise junkie. I love the flat (especially now it’s summer) and just looking for someone to go to the local restaurants and also have BBQs in the garden. Who would you be moving in with? Well, I’m and work in finance (but I promise I’m not an awful person!). I like to run and play hockey but also a wholesome baking session and a bit of colouring after a stressful day. My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend but is flexible on timings. The lease ends in August and would be looking for someone to take up the rest of the tenancy. If you’re interested, please drop me a message and I’m happy to answer any questions/share more photos xx

Matilde, 21
Room for rent | E8 4RR, London, England, United Kingdom
Bedroom in Hackney
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease by the end of May, which originally ends in September (however, it may be renewed for an additional year if agreed with the landlord). This is a lovely place and my sole reason for leaving is because I am now moving in with my sister for health reasons, or else I would have loved to stay longer! :)The apartment flat is located in Hackney, in a beautiful location. Victoria Park is just a 6-minute walk, Broadway Market and London Fields are a 7-minute walk, and Hackney Road, which offers many nice shops and cafes, is around a -minute walk. There are also numerous pubs and bars in the area, and despite being situated on the high street, the windows do an excellent job of muffling any loud noises; I've never had any issues. There are 3 rooms; however, we currently use the third as a makeshift living room, as it is quite small. There is 1 toilet and a bathroom with a shower.Regarding furniture, I will be taking the mattress, chair, and possibly the lamp from my bedside table, but everything else will remain. The furniture was purchased by the previous tenant and, though it's in decent condition, could be replaced if desired. The rent is £ without bills, deposit would be one month's rent!. Electricity is pay-as-you-go, so it varies based on usage, and our wifi costs just under £ monthly split between us two. As we were both full-time students, we were exempt from council tax but our flat is in band B.My flatmate is a friend from university named Ave, who will remain until September (and possibly longer if they renew their contract). Ave would prefer a female flatmate. They also speak German and Bosnian/Croatian in addition to English. Students are preferred, however, it is not a requirement. Additionally, someone in their early s would be favoured! As I'm currently in the process of moving, I'd like someone to move in by the st of May!
