Will also rent the downstairs master suite which has cathedral ceiling in bedroom, huge private bathroom, and walk-in closet as big as a small room (my wife said she will miss this part the most). If you wanted there to not be a second roommate you can rent the full house for twenty- hundred (again, I will just be sleeping in 3rd bedroom a few nights/wk). There is a back yard, adirondack chairs around fire pit and gazebo over patio, and the best neighbors in the world. We value them and want to find great tenant(s)
