Roommate is moving out and I’d rather not leave. Kind of on short notice. The property is a 2 BR house, bar in the basement. Washer and dryer, off street parking, garage etc. I’m , alternative if that matters, looking for someone clean, reliable and chill. I’m a musician and spend majority of my free time practicing or writing. Would prefer someone who mind vocal practice. I throw parties occasionally.
