Condo has an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. You also get a free spot in a single space personal garage that comes with the condo unit and there’s lots of free guest parking. Other amenities include: Basketball court, a clubhouse that has a rather humble workout room and a pool! This is a lease transfer, looking for someone to replace my tenancy/ half on a two person lease. You will have your own room and your own bathroom while sharing common areas. The young woman living there and staying on the lease is kind, down to earth and looking for another female tenant or couple who has the same desire to keep a clean and reasonably quiet space.
