We are a friendly and easy-going European couple looking for a roommate for our beautiful townhouse in Rancho Mission Viejo/South Ladera Ranch. The townhouse has 3 floors and you will have the first floor entirely to yourself. You will have your own bathroom as well. You will share the 2-nd floor kitchen and the living room with me and my husband. The room for rent is the first room in the pictures. There is no walk-in closet (there is room underneath the staircase to hang your clothes) and there is a garage, but you will need to park around the neighborhood- there is plenty of parking here, so that shouldn’t be a problem. There is a one-time annual parking fee of $ that you will have to pay for. We don’t have cable TV, but if you want to, you can get your own or we will provide Apple TV at our cost. You will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, guesthouse as shown in the last pictures. There are also gym classes, yoga in the park, hikes, monthly farmer’s market available and many other fun events provided by RanchLife such as WestFest, Rodeo, Turkey Trot, Christmas Tree Lighting etc. There is also a bar by the pool on the weekends. Rent $ plus utilities (around $ a month), $ deposit, one-year lease starting between August 1st- August th. No pets, no smoking including marijuana, no drugs. If you like the room, you will need to provide proof of income (pay stubs, W2s or bank statements), at least 3 references, driver’s license and a social security number to run a background check and credit. If you don’t feel comfortable with giving us your SS #, you will need to provide your own background check and credit report. Yu will also need a renter's insurance. Thank you! This darling space is nestled in the hills above San Juan Capistrano in a community called Rancho Mission Viejo. It boasts workout facilities, cycling and walking trails, close proximity to Laguna, San Clemente, Huntington beaches and Dana Point Harbor! There are restaurants galore and shopping across the street and every store you could want within a -minute drive. There is high end shopping at Fashion Island, and Corona Del Mar is literally minutes away. Its a quiet community and you have many options for entertainment, or if you are an introvert, there is also space to relax and unwind either at the pool cabana or at one of the many fire pits.

I am currently moving to Green Bay Wisconsin for work and I’m currently looking for somebody to take over my side of the lease! Master bedroom/ garage, in unit washer and dryer, beautiful living space, and wonderful amenities! Move-in would be July th.If interested please feel free to message me!
