My girlfriend and I are looking for a roomate to live in the spare room we have available. We also have an office, a guest bedroom, and a shared living room all upstairs. Our master bedroom is downstairs so you basically get the upstairs to yourself.

Info:-House is new & just built-Fully furnished -3 Bedrooms - 1 downstairs & 2 upstairs. This ad is for only 1 of the upstairs bedrooms available for rent, & if only 1 room is rented out then the other upstairs bedroom will remain vacant, so that you have privacy-1 upstairs living & 1 downstairs living room-3 Bathrooms - Your upstairs bathroom has a shower & bathtub-Upstairs floor is carpet, so no food or drinks that can stain, except for drinking water-The downstairs office is not being used & can be used for work, but I sometimes go in there for shredding documents.-The neighborhood currently has tennis & pickleball courts, a water park, & a lazy river. A fitness center will be built & finished in .Other Info: The house is feet away from Highland Pines Golf / Country Club & Restaurant. We also have a golf cart you can use. I’d prefer a responsible roommate that keeps their space clean & organized. We will have respect for each other’s personal space & privacy. Plastic plates & plastic silverware are also preferred so that there’s not dishes to clean up after most of the time. If you need to use dishes that’s fine, as long as you’re able to clean them right after you eat or within hours. The goal is simply to not have dirty dishes piling up & not micromanage you. If the trash can is full & needs to be taken out, please take it out & replace the trash bag. That’s also a shared mutual responsibility that includes myself. Dogs that don’t shed are okay as long as you pick up after them routinely. Last, a reference contact that can vouch you’re organized, clean, & respectful is needed, or someone that can speak highly of you, & in-person meeting is also needed. Within mins from the home, DoorDash shows grocery stores, pizza parlors, Italian restaurants, restaurants serving chicken based meals, Mexican restaurants, serving American food, Thai restaurants, sandwich shops, etc.
