i was going to airbnb the house but the permit was denied so going to rent rooms for the next few years...looking to rent rooms. i live in vegas about half of the year.rooms start at /mt and all utilities will be split evenly.this house is something very different from most vegas houses.also all rooms have their own ac/heating system with private temp controls.

renting 2 rooms in a house located 5minutes from downtom las vegas! $ea /split utilities 1 room is currently rented to one of my employees.
