Abigail,  23

Room for rent | New York, NY, USA

Large bedroom in 3 bedroom on UES!

Hi everyone! My name is Abigail, I’m years old and a recent grad :). In roommates, I value people who are kind/empathetic, cleanly/organized, open communicators, equitable, share interests/values, and sound conscious. I’m looking to commit to a new living situation/roommates , as I have to confirm or deny renewing my current lease in a highly-competitive apartment by the end of June. I would then be looking for new roommates to move into my current apartment the final week of July. My current roommates are moving for their careers! There are a couple options for this room: -Someone taking the lions share of the rent $ for the large room (twice as big as other two rooms). This person would ideally need to have a guarantor. (/mo yearly)-Two people sharing the large room. Couples okay, or current roommates. The large room easily fits a queen sized bed (or two twin-sized beds), desks, and clothing racks/dressers. Only downside to the room is there is no closet, but the hallway closet directly outside of the bedroom will be reserved for the new tenant. Ideally female presenting roommates only!My current apartment is quiet, safe, spacious, in a great area (carnegie hill), a block away from central park, near various transportation methods (buses/trains), easily accessible to trader joes, has kind/respectful neighbors, is renovated and well-maintained, has in unit laundry, a large and sunny living room, and kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family-sized fridge, stove, oven, and ample cupboard space. It’s truly been my dream apartment so I’d love people who could want to stay here!
