Room features art, full size bed, nightstand, dresser, additional storage, lounge chair, carpets and you get use of the coat closet in entrance of apartment. Utilities included + free WiFi & Cable! Rental term: 3 month for us both to see if we vibe. Longer term available after that. Remaining pictures coming on Thursday ! ABOUT THE APARTMENT: The apartment is beautiful + spacious, with a shared (furnished) patio, a big kitchen, separate living room, and designated office space. There is a dishwasher, central AC and heating, and several laundromats nearby. The common spaces in the apartment are entirely furnished.ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: There are plenty of bars, restaurants, parks, shops, and super/markets within walking distance. Serviced by the Montrose L stop, it's a minute commute to union square/downtown. It's a really wonderful neighborhood!ABOUT YOU: Looking for a roommate who is *clean* and considerate!
