Additional info:- 1st floor has available space for bike storage- Washing Machine on-, No dryer (European drying concept of drying rack)- Steps away from promenade (ideal for biking and walking)- 2 block away from 3 train and 5 blocks away from min subway ride to midtown Manhattan- min walk to Franklin ave where there are trendy restaurants/bars/coffee shops- Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, BK Library and Grand Army plaza are 5min subway ride/min walking distance- Farmer's market on Saturdays at Grand Army plazaYou will be sharing the apartment with 2 other housemates.
