Hey everyone,My friend and I are looking for roommates to join us in a very bright -bathroom apartment conveniently located at th & Broadway – just south of the Columbia and Barnard campuses and a couple minutes from the subway!We're aiming to create an open, respectful, and queer-friendly living space, and we're especially excited about the possibility of living with fellow students.Here's the breakdown of the apartment and availability:The Apartment:- Layout: 3 bedrooms (one more spacious), 1 standard-sized bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Includes a living room with great natural light.- Amenities: Mostly furnished (furniture to be bought from previous tenants), dishwasher, and access to the building roof!- Location: Upper West Side - truly excellent for CU/Barnard students.- Rent: Total rent is $/month (before utilities/internet). Expect to pay roughly $ per person, depending on the split.Roommate Availability: We have two spots opening up with slightly different timelines:- Spot 1 (Full Year): Available starting June through May .- Spot 2 (Academic Year): Available roughly starting August through the end of the lease in late May .We hope the apartment can be a welcoming and respectful environment, and we'd love to develop friendships with our roommates.
