Hi, my name is Milly Routledge. I am years old. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Redpoint Tempe, S Lindon Ln, Tempe, AZ, . Only about minutes from the Tempe ASU campus and has a free shuttle that goes back and forth. The lease is for July to July . A large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet in a 3 bedroom house that is right next to the office/shuttle stop and main entrance. $ per month (before utilities). My current roommates are not staying, so I don't know who will be assigned as the roommates as they are designated sometime in May usually. I moved in with my partner in January so I actually haven't been living there since then, but still pay the rent. If you needed to get in earlier than the new lease starts you totally could! I would just need to get my extra stuff out of there but that wouldn't be an issue! The room comes mostly furnished with-a bed, mattress, drawer dresser, desk, and chair.
