The kitchen was updated and there is central heating and air conditioning. The room is large and has two closets and big windows. There is laundry in the basement. My roommate and I are both women in our twenties, and we’d prefer a woman around our age (LGBTQ inclusive). Gas, water, and electric are not included, and are split between roommates.
