I have several options available including 2 single rooms, Or rent both singles as a bedroom/office, and even a fully finished sqft basement with private bathroom and half kitchen. Single Room $ Double Room $Finished Basement $The property boasts a spacious fenced in back yard, a brand new back yard entertainment area, on- laundry, driveway parking space or a garage space at an additional cost. I work remote and have one large breed dog that lives on the property.

Looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in my b apartment in Northern Kansas City. Move in preferably June-July and the end of the lease is in January but will probably renew. The rent would be a flat $ of monthly utilities. My partner and I share the master bedroom. We are arnt messy people. Both of us are full time grad students and working full time.
