We have one private room available in a 2 bedroom unit, located on the bottom floor of a shared family home in Fruitvale. Move in available beginning July 1st. This is a temporary sublet until October 1st.We're looking for a tenant that will contribute to a comfortable living environment: basically respectful, sharing in household chores, and rent and utilities on time.We split water, garbage, solar and electricity bills among the whole house.Month to month lease available.The available room is one hundred square ft with an additional square ft closet.The room is unfurnished.Shared furnished kitchen and living room.The unit has one and a half shared bathrooms.
