Carmel Tobasco Road Beechmont/Eastgate. For a second bedroom, it is spacious at " and has a walk in closet with shelves in addition to plenty of hanging space. The bedroom is unfurnished. The apartment is huge at square feet and has own utility room with washer and dryer. The building is locked although this is safe area. The beds/baths are on separate ends of the unit for privacy. First floor no steps nice patio. One tenant per bedroom. Rent is $/month. No additional utilities unless you choose to contract for internet and cable. I pay more of rent and electric because I have larger master bedroom.There will be no smoking inside and drinking, loud music, and profanity should be minimal. I will accept and older and although I am much older I will not be your mother or grandmother. I expect you to know the rules, regulations, and limits for living in a community. I also am retired but active dancing nights a week. In other words, I am not a couch potato and have better things to do than watch your every move.I have two foster cats but dogs are not permitted in community per landlord.I will require $ deposit to hold and for any damages during your tenancy. Rent is due each month by the 1st. The landlord will have you fill out a form so he knows who is living in his community and I will require references including your current landlord and employer. Keep in mind current tenant has until SEPTEMBER to vacate.
