Private room and a mobile home, I live in a very quiet neighborhood. Dishwasher, washer and dryer and stove all included. Rent gets you everything. The only reason that would go up is because of the energy bill, but you understand that. I am currently in a month-to-month lease with my landlord, so we would have a roommate agreement that is legally binding. I need somebody for at least months, a lot of freedom here.
