Looking to rent a room starting in Feburary, though flexible start. All utilities included, furnished with a bed, small dresser, and closet. $ deposit. Small animals allowed (ie hamsters, amphibians, reptiles). No dogs or cats. We have cats and other small animals. House is chaotic with 4 kids. Very kid friendly. Would like to rent month to month as a period to start. In a house. Funished, has porch, large yard, fireplace, cul de sac. Manchester school district. But again, key is, has 4 kids, so often loud and noisy. I'd be a great roommate for someone who likes the outdoors and likes to fly by the seat of their pants on hiking adventures. Our house is loud and chaotic but kid friendly with lots of toys and a large yard and play area. I love animals, so if you have small pets like hamsters/frogs/rats/tarantulas they are welcome. We have cats who stay in the basement a lot, due to my son's cat allergy, so no dogs or cats. My kids have a lot of pets from axolotls and dart frogs to millipedes and spiders.
