Here’s the room and house highlights:- Includes twin-sized bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, tall bookcase, lamp, and closet. - Bathroom is right next door and shared with one other roommate.- Shared kitchen (with cooking utensils and kitchenware), living rooms, and laundry.- Backyard with outside table and garden (managed by a roommate).- Parking for a car and individual storage space in the garage- No pets or furry friends please- Roommates mostly keep to themselves due to busy and conflicting schedules, but are willing to chit-chat and have casual conversations with one another.- Occasional house guests are announced beforehand, but there is no loud parties, drugs, or excessive alcohol use. - Winco, Costco, and Walmart across the street, and Washington Square Mall only a minute drive away.- Looking for someone who is female-identifying and respectful of living in a shared home. I am looking to rent out one of my rooms in my home. It’s in the bethel neighborhood. I am a quite senior and live with just my animals. It’s beautiful room with a ceiling fan. It would include the room and a private bathroom plus the carpet in the pictures. As well as the small dresser and mini fridge in room plus a standard fridge in the garage. Some cabinets in the kitchen would be yours. There would be a living room and dinning space that is shared. First month rent ($), Damage/Cleaning deposit ($). Utilities are included however if you’d like internet you’ll have to pay bucks a month bringing the total to $ a month. I have a washer and dryer you’d be able to use. It’s a secured property. Hello! My name is Maddie and I am a student at OSU. My two roommates are moving out this upcoming October since they are moving and/or graduating so I am looking for people to take their spot. The lease is annual and starts in October, but you could move in earlier if needed. Also a move in deposit is required. This is a bath house that is a part of a duplex with a washer, dryer, heating, and a bunch of storage space. I LOVE this area since it at the end of a cul-de-sac and has deer, turkeys, and a walking trail, hence why I am trying to find 2 new people as opposed to moving(lol). Pets are for sure welcome, I do not have one but my roommates are leaving with a cat each so I'd love to have another animal around. I am not overly tidy but am very down to adapt to what people are comfortable with and definitely like to keep shared spaces clean and nice. Also if you smoke, outside would be preferable!
