Chill gay friendly place (I'm gay myself). One roommate stays in room most of the time and I am usually hanging in the living room and watching TV or playing play station or out hiking. Laundry room is on (you'll have to pay to use), very close to the max, lots of shopping, movies, gym etc. There's also a home gym set up if you wanted to use it. I might be getting a couple cats so if you have a cat that could work but probably only just one.
