Looking for a roommate to rent out a room on the 2nd Floor house near Bell Blvd, it also comes with a separate small office in the living room. Close Access to Long Island Rail Road, Fire Station, th NYPD Precinct.The price may seem a bit high but utilites and Fios wi-fi are included as well, though, if you decide to crypto mine then we will have to discuss that in person. Also, no pets.
