Our 2 bedrooms are what's upstairs. I'm hoping for another single parent. My super awesome roommate and daughter is moving out and in with her significant other. The lease starts September, so you could start moving in probably end of August. The house is fully furnished (other then the 2 bedrooms) so I'm hoping maybe someone who doesn't have a whole lot who is looking for a place. There is a brand a new washer and dryer in our basement, a fenced in backyard, charcoal grill, patio set, and a spot in the 2 car garage. We live on and Queen in Richfield. Utilities aren't included, but will typically be around ish extra a month after being split.
