The unfinished part of the basement with washer & dryer is the only part of the basement that I will need to access, but I can come through the outside door so as not to bother you. You can share my kitchen upstairs, but I will also have a kitchenette set up for you downstairs with a fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee maker, if you wish.
