hello! we have a bath located in central phoenix at th st and mcdowell with an extra room to fill! the room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is. included in the house is a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. we also have a pretty big backyard and a decently sized back patio. we're right next to where the ten, fifty oh two meet, making commuting around the city a breeze.
