This is a small studio with a large feel! Converted from a large two-car garage, the space still retains the old garage door, fashioned into a usable chalkboard backdrop, which opens to reveal 3 stylish windows. Vaulted ceilings offer overhead storage space. A bar-style kitchen complete with fridge, oven/range, microwave, double-sink with disposal and ample cabinet space. From the side window you can view your personal fenced in patio area, which overlooks the hills of La Mesa. Exiting through your patio and out of your private gated entrance, you can walk directly to your vehicle parked safely in front of the property.The shared laundry room is located directly behind your kitchen, accessible to you from your side, and from the house through the other side of the room. There is also a standard sized closet in your unit, with coatrack and shelf, next to the laundry room.
