I will be moving in October and I need to find someone to takeover the rest of my lease at Venetian Isle Apartments. The lease expires July and I will be leaving October 2nd. So I am looking for someone to takeover from October to July. ( months) We currently have 3 people living here, including myself. So when I leave, you would be here with two other guys. They are very nice and respectful. The room embroidered with red is the one you would take.Rent is $ a month (due on 3rd of each month)Utilities varies from $ a month (due usually on the 3rd week of each month)So about $ total a month.We live at Venetian Isle Apartments which is 6 minutes away from Magic Kingdom Cast parking and minutes away from Magic Kingdom. minutes from Universal.We are across from a Wendy’s, Chipotle, McDonalds, Publix, and a gas station. This unit is on the 2nd floor and has a laundery and washer machine. It has a dishwasher and a kitchen. You share a bathroom with the other roommate beside you but the bathroom is attached to your room. You also have a porch and it is connected to your room. You also have a walk-in closet.This complex features a very nice pool and a gym.The bedroom will also be furnished with the Queen bed that is in the photo so you wont need to worry about getting a new bed and getting it into the apartment.Renters insurance is required.For further inquiry, please message me!!
