If you are a student or just enjoy walks in the park this is an ideal location for you as the house is near forsyth, krogers, and some SCAD buildings. We also have private and street parking and a cute little backyard area. The spot is super close to Forsyth Park, less than a 5-minute walk away. It’s in a nice neighborhood that has a ton of nice coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants nearby. It's a bath, with a living room, separate sitting room, laundry room, dining room, full kitchen with a big center island table, wrap around porch, private parking and an enclosed side yard with a patio sitting area and a hammock for relaxing.
