It’s a nice guest room in my house with a pleasant view through the window, and will be available fully furnished in February. House is a new built and a fully detached house with front and back yard. House is 3 minutes walk to Aldi, Farm foods , Costa coffee, Iceland, Wickes and B&M. A minutes bus ride to city centre.
