As for laundry, there are machines in the complex's basement, and a laundromat down the street, but my place *does* have a washer and dryer. The roomies got them right before I moved in 2 years ago. They are a little small, but very efficient, so you might have to do more loads than usual.I ask new roomies to be friendly, polite, considerate, clean, pick up after yourselves. (i.e., don't leave dishes in the sink. Just wash them when you're done.) Be reasonable about noise level, especially between am. NON SMOKERS. Also, LGBT friendly.
