I own and live in a 3-bedroom home in Arlington (just minutes from UTA), and I am renting both of the other 2 bedrooms in my home, so there will be a total of 3 people in my home, rent is $ per month, with utilities included. The 2 roommates will share the hall bathroom which has upgraded subway tile and a large stand-up shower. The bedroom is standard size (about square feet), with good closet space. I have a large driveway, so both roommates will have off street parking and use of on- laundry & dryer.
