About the apartment: The room available is the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom in a bathroom apartment located on the second floor. There is a lot of natural light throughout the apartment, and the bedrooms are large with walk-in closets. We have central air conditioning/heating, washers/dryers in building, and a tandem parking spot in the parking garage below the building. Building is cat-friendly. I need a roommate starting around September 1st, but the room may be available to move in earlier depending on when my current roommate is fully moved out.(All of the furniture and clutter in the pictures are from my roommate that is moving out. If you have your own furniture to bring that’s great, otherwise I am planning on buying furniture.)About me:I am f and am currently working in retail while I pursue a career in audio engineering and sound design.
