You’d be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer, and yes — there’s a working chrome pole in the living room (just fun to have). The fireplace is decorative only. The backyard is spacious and open, with a fire pit and side gate access from the parking area.
