Hello! My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment to move up north to Massachusetts. We're looking for someone to take over our lease for the large room immediately. The lease ends in April and can be renewed.It's a 1/bathroom apartment, a minute walk to the harbor, plenty of shops nearby, and plenty to do!There is an in-unit washer/dryer. During the summer and especially during heat waves it does get hot as we're on the third floor.
