Hi, I'm Jaysun (he/him) with two sweet Boston Terriers with 2 rooms available in my home in the Mount Baker neighborhood. I am a very mellow, quiet, tidy and work oriented professional that often works from home, and spend many weekends away. I’m seeking others with a similar desire to live in a safe, clean, peaceful, drama free environment.Emphasis will be on finding the right person / compatibility.I’m looking to sublet a private downstairs bedroom; (extra large w/closet) and a private upstairs bedroom ( large w/closet) with an additional amount of additional indoor storage, and access to a detached garage with room for a bike/scooter etc.. The laundry room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast nook) is shared, with available dishes, silverware, cookware and utensils to use. The bathroom is also shared, is always super clean and tidy, and I'm very flexible about accommodating shower times. The deck and yard are great places to hang out in on sunny days. We are two women in our 's looking for a female housemate to move into our home in Shoreline at the end of July/Beginning of August. You would need to sign a -month lease but we are ideally looking for someone who would like to stay for at least a few years (assuming we all get along).Rent ($/month) does not include any utilities, but all utilities have been shaking out to about $/month per person. We are less than a minute walk from a light rail station.The house has three levels and a decent amount of basement storage. The available room is on the top floor facing west so you would get to see some of the sunset from your room!The house has a huge yard with a large fenced-in area in the back and a small pond. We feed the birds so the backyard feels like a relaxing little nature oasis.The downstairs bathroom has a big jacuzzi tub with jets. And the main floor has a fireplace that is super cozy during the cold months. The upstairs bathroom is shared with me, but you can use the downstairs bathroom when you want to use the jacuzzi.We already have two cats, so we would prefer someone with no pets, but one additional cat may be considered upon a conversation about how they get along with other cats, etc.We both work Mon-Fri, so we need someone who can respect quiet hours after pm on weeknights. We want the house to remain a low-key, relaxing place to come home to after work.Some of our hobbies are baking, gardening, hiking, going to concerts, watching tv, crafting, & board games.Also, please be accepting of same-sex relationships.
