Hello, my name is Kaius and I am offering a room for rent in the Fern Hill area of Tacoma. It is a great location, easy to get to the highways and interstates, tucked in a quiet neighborhood. There is a blueberry park within walking distance where you can pick blueberries for free in the summer. The room is a good size, just repainted last month, with brand new curtains and crystal doorknobs. It has a plush king-sized bed and a dresser, with plenty of room for a desk or tv stand or chest of drawers. The room has a walk-in closet with shelving as well. I have been working on flipping this house since I bought it a couple years ago. New paint, appliances, carpets, bathroom, light fixtures, etc. I still want to replace a couple things in the kitchen and backyard, but everything else on the property is remodeled. There is a large yard and garage, plenty of off-street parking available. I have a complete Ring system installed as well, though I’ve never had any issues. I am a young professional and an artist/writer. I am quiet and respectful and easy to get along with. No dogs, sorry. Other pets may be considered; please ask. I do have two well-behaved cats of my own. Utilities are split evenly every month. Internet is included in the rent. Small work out area under a covered carport with treadmill, weight bench, and stationary bike. All of the areas in the home are shared except the bedrooms and garage. There is a commercial sized fridge and freezer so there is plenty of space for groceries. We have dogs so we aren't accepting anyone with animals unless it is something small in a tank like a hamster or fish. There is currently 2 men and one woman between the ages of living in the home and we would prefer to rent to a male roommate.
