You'll have your own private half-bathroom, while the main bathroom is a shared space. The home is secured with an alarm system for added peace of mind.The shared living room and kitchen are equipped with all recently updated appliances, including a deep freezer, countertop dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee maker. You'll also have access to an in-house washer and dryer. All window AC units were updated between for efficient cooling.Rent is $ a month, plus your share of utilities (power and internet). Water, trash, and sewer are all included in the rent. You'll also have on- storage in a new shed provided by the landlady.I work nights from home in a quiet call center and live with two friendly cats. Also I prefer someone that works full time or close to that duration, and doesn't drink much or do any drugs, including any smoking inside, as I am very sensitive and have slight asthma, but smoking is ok on the patio. Small dogs and cats are most likely ok. Also, I'm very laid back and not controlling, etc, and there is no curfew as long as all is fairly quiet after pm. Would prefer someone that can pay first and last month, or a portion of the last month in two payments, and I've had roommates in my home the last 5 years, and its overall its worked out well, and at one time I had .. Also, to clarify, there is a full sized mattress in the bedroom, and will also provide a dresser, if needed.
