The location of the residence is th Street and Baseline in Tempe. To share a bit about myself, I am a middle school ELA teacher and am currently off for the summer. Mario and I like to relax at home and enjoy trying new things that we can do or make ourselves at home. We are homebodies! So we also enjoy staying home and watching a show or movie, building the occasional Lego set, and cooking. 😊We are friendly! We do not allow smoking inside the home, but outside is perfectly fine. The rent per month would be hundred all included utilities (Wi-Fi, water, electric). The lease we have available is up to 6 months starting July 1st.It would include one personal bedroom, personal access to the homes hall bathroom (as the primary user, the upkeep of cleanliness would be your responsibility), and shared access to the kitchen (cleanliness is a whole house responsibility) and laundry room. There is also a community pool available!Pets are not preferred, but are welcome with an additional fifty$/pet monthly pet fee in addition to the rent. First months rent and percent of one months rent as a security deposit would be required before moving in. We would both also agree to and accept a lease before moving forward officially with anything, that I will have written out for us both to sign.
