The walls are inches of adobe, providing sound insulation and comfort.The move-in date is July , and a month-to-month lease is available.The bedroom is fully furnished and includes utilities, such as all kitchen items and utilities from SRP and the Town of Gilbert, including sewer, water, trash, and a TV in the living room and bedroom.
