The apartment is a cozy brick building (called "The Berkeley") --- it is centrally located, with any necessities, from groceries, to drug stores, to sky-train/bus stations all within a ~min walk.The unit is very spacious and is wheelchair-accessible. Utilities include hydro, heat, and Wi-Fi. The unit is fully-furnished, though the room itself will not be (my current roommate is taking all their stuff with them). The unit also includes in-suite laundry (both a washer & dryer) and a dishwasher. Basement storage is also available upon request to the building manager.The unit will be shared with myself only (male, years old). I'm a relatively quiet and reserved roommate. I neither drink nor smoke, I don't party, and I always put in effort to keep the place clean & peaceful. I prefer roommates closer to my age, though this by no means a deal-breaker, and I have no preference for gender or sexual orientation (not in college anymore, come on). My only "big" requirement is that you also put in effort to maintain the place & keep is quiet.No smoking, no drugs, and no parties. Pets are allowed, though!

Located in the heart of commercial drive with lots of local grocery stores, a ten minute walk from broadway station, and a decent amount of street parking. It's the main floor of the house with a gas stove and new fridge. There's no in house laundry, but there are 2 laundromats less than a 5 minute walk away. I don't have a lot of furniture or sense for design so if you are someone is, I'd be more than happy to give you the freedom to make the space feel cozy.
