My husband and I looking for someone to rent out our extra first floor bedroom in the Summerly neighborhood of Lake Elsinore. Room available end of August, but possibly sooner depending on the situation. -Private bedroom (see photos) - It is the only bedroom on the first floor and we don’t use the downstairs large living room, so you will have the floor mostly to yourself except when we are using the kitchen. -Mostly private bathroom - We would only require occasional use of the toilet/sink if company is over so they don’t have to go upstairs as it is the only downstairs restroom. -Shared kitchen - The kitchen is very large and included in rent would be a portion of the kitchen cabinets & of the large walk in pantry (see photos). -Hall closet - We don’t currently have use for the hall closet so available for storage if needed (see photos) -Parking - 2 spots directly in front of house -Preferably no pets - we have two cats who will mostly stay upstairs but they are only used to each other (we might make exceptions depending on situation) -No overnight guests or having guests over without checking in with us first. We are easy to get along with, but we want to feel comfortable in our home like we want you to feel! -Rental application will be necessary along with self provided credit report and proof of income.
