Double bedroom available in our lovely 3-bed terraced house in the heart of Stoke Newington from end of July/early August. Please read the below and if it sounds good we would love to arrange a viewing:🛌 the room: furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelving, large mounted TV, a four poster bed bedside table. The windows are bright and south facing with electric blinds.🏡 rest of the house: bathroom, terraced house. Separate kitchen and living room with a cute little garden with bike storage accessed through the kitchen. We have a dishwasher, coffee machine and even 2 fridges, all working well and communal. We have a separate utility room too with washer, and tumble dryer. 💷 the logistics: rent is £ Bills included with 1 month rest as deposit , cleaner contributions, bills contributions and house maintenance £ extra all in. The low rent is because I have just had a baby, so any tenant will have to be happy to have that.
