Hey all, a lil bit about me: I currently live in Utah and am transferring to Denver with my job. I have stable income and have had no past evictions or issues with past landlords. I don't party or make lots of noise either, so I won't be really any bother to any neighbors. I'm looking for a bath apartment. I'm looking in the Aurora area if possible for around $/month. I have 2 older cats who are super mellow and are both ESA certified. I'm needing something by the end of July. I'm coming from Utah so it's difficult for me to do in person showings so virtual showings would be best.
