Hi! I’m looking for people to rent the entire upstairs of a house starting September for the rent and then bills are around $ for internet and $ for electricity. There are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with an awesome jet bathtub! The fenced in backyard is super spacious and there’s a little rooftop patio area as well. You will also get a spot in the two car garage that is attached to the house and accessible via the shared laundry area. The kitchen is shared with the basement where I will be living. I’m a yo who spends her time walking dogs and chillin at home with my cat.
