Looking for private space to rent

year old male here. Career bartender so I work mostly evenings and late nights. I’m up at late hours so it’s important you’re okay (if sharing common space) w someone making dinner or doing laundry at late hours. I’m not having people over or throwing parties. I’m a pretty private person and keep my stuff in my own space. 1 cat. Very well behaved and indoor. Gets along w other cats and mellow dogs. I don’t care if I live w guy or girl as long as they’re respectful and chill. (Prefer to meet and chat in person before committing to living together). Looking for month to month kinda deal w both of us honoring month notice if it isn’t working out.
