Easy going single male.
Had to move out to VA from CA quickly to help family. Have a full time job as a bartender and basically just work and hang in my room or go out. I’ve shared an apt and house w roommates for a couple decades prior to this so I’m no stranger to living w other people and respecting their space and establishing my boundaries. I prefer to talk out any issues we’re having and be up front and honest about any gripes complaints. I am up late so it’s important I don’t live w someone who explodes if someone is cooking or doing laundry late at night. I’m not gonna be partying or intentionally being loud but I don’t want to tip toe around the common area when I’m off work late. The same way I don’t mind you doing your thing in common area when I’m sleeping in late. i keep common area neat and clean and expect same. I don’t mind if you have people over. Don’t care if you’re guy or gal. Let’s meet and go from there (if sharing common space). Just a super laid back renter here.
