I am looking for a short-term roommate in my cozy, stylish, and conveniently located apartment. This -bathroom apartment in-between the Temescal and Rockridge neighborhoods of Oakland is available starting in the middle/end of February (flexible start date) with a lease end date of June . My current roommate is moving out, hoping to find a replacement through the end of the lease, or close to it. Rent is $ per month each, all utilities will be shared. We will be sharing a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Off-street, gated parking included in rent. Washer and Dryer in unit.

About me: I am , White, Male. I am laid back and easy to get along with. I would be open to having a friendly relationship, or keeping to ourselves, whatever you prefer. I keep a pretty clean living space, but nothing over the top. I just ask to keep the living space in a reasonable state. I have 1 cat that is pretty timid so he likely won’t bother you.

Your room will be delivered clean and empty, or some furnishings available if desired. Pets welcome with additional deposit.
