I am looking for a short-term roommate in my cozy, stylish, and conveniently located apartment. This -bathroom apartment in-between the Temescal and Rockridge neighborhoods of Oakland is available starting in the middle/end of February (flexible start date) with a lease end date of June . My current roommate is moving out, hoping to find a replacement through the end of the lease, or close to it. Rent is $ per month each, all utilities will be shared. We will be sharing a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Off-street, gated parking included in rent.
