- Room can accommodate a King size bed, dresser, and night stand. Room is carpeted. Has a walk-in closet. Has a window that receives bright sunlight
- Attached private bathroom with full shower.
- Living room and balcony are furnished. Kitchen is partially stocked.
- Some storage space available in shared storage closet.
- Laundry room with washer and dryer in unit.
- No smoking indoors.

- 1 small dog currently lives there, but owners do not want more pets there.

Seeking
- Someone willing to help with shared chores (taking out the trash, vacuuming, unloading the dish washer, etc.)
- Someone willing to communicate about needs and collaboratively problem solve
- Can invite a few people over, but no parties
