My roommates (NB) and I (m) are looking for a 4th person to take one of the 5 bedrooms in this house. Utilities would be about $ more after that. The room is in a house with only the main entrance so there will not be a private entrance, I rather to be a male since the bathroom is share and the other roommate is a guy. There is a gigantic living area with tons of comfy seating (3 recliners and a huge couch), and the VIP feature is a brand new, never used kitchenette. The kitchenette has new appliances (fridge & microwave with outside ventilation), there is no stove but there's tons of space for a counter top cooker and any other cooking appliances. The 2 biggest bedrooms in the house are in the basement, and the basement is a garden level meaning that it gets plenty of sunshine and you can see into the backyard from the basement.
